Jessica Bampton

Jessica Bampton is the Evidence Programme Manager at Thames21. She leads the Evidence Team who work with a variety of stakeholders across London to collect information regarding river health. This involves using a variety of different technologies and close work with citizen scientists who volunteer to sample waterways in their local area. The valuable data  they collect enables the team to generate solutions to local water pollution issues. During the AQUAMON project Jessica will be implementing technologies developed by AQUAMON partners alongside citizen scientists. This will both test the capabilities of the technology in the waterways of London and highlight the importance of citizen scientists in water quality data collection.
