
Dan Angelescu, Ph.D., is the founder and CEO of Fluidion, a deep-tech company revolutionizing water quality monitoring through automation, IoT, and AI-enabled analytics. A physicist and engineer trained at Caltech and Princeton, Dan has over two decades of experience developing advanced sensing technologies that bridge environmental science, health, and innovation.
Victoire Rerolle, holder of a PhD from the National Oceanography Centre in Southampton (United Kingdom), Victoire continued her studies with a postdoctoral fellowship at Pierre and Marie Curie University in Paris. She joined Fluidion® in 2016, where she is responsible for the development of new miniaturized sensors for water quality monitoring.


David Abi-Saab, holder of a PhD in electrical and optical systems from Université Paris-Est, David worked on the development of measurement systems in Oman and Venezuela. He joined Fluidion® in January 2018, where he has been responsible for product line engineering and the development of electronic and communication modules for the ALERT and e-Chem product lines.
Emilie Vilana, after obtaining her Master’s degree from the École Nationale Supérieure d’Ingénierie de Limoges (ENSIL-ENSCI), specializing in Water and Environmental Engineering, and following a research internship within the company, Emilie joined the Fluidion team as an engineer in charge of microfluidic developments.
